[Tweener] tweeners equivalent of colorize in Tweenlite

Hi there
i have recently been converted from Tweenlite to Tweener
i am trying to figure out how to use Tweener for colorizing gradient objects
in Tweenlite, you use the "colorize" property to change a color of
something, but the gradients within that object still stay there.
how would you go about doing this using Tweener, more specifically with the
use of hex values for color eg. 0xFF0000 to change the color of something?
