[Tweener] Unable to install Tweener class. End of rope.

Here is the brief history:  Installed Tweener class at work; worked like 
a dream.  Used it on a very large on-going project... one that I should 
be working on at home.  

Alas, using the exact same settings/configuration as I have at work 
produces errors (on two computers at home, one XP & one Vista).  In 
fact, no matter where I put the 'caurina' files I get the same errors.

Furthermore, I think I've tried every combination possible... 'caurina' 
on root, 'caurina' in 'Actionscript', the 'Actionscript 3.0' folder, 
tons of folders & my Edit > Preferences settings match to it every time.

I just want to use this great class.  Can anybody read the errors & let
