[Tweener] Grayscale to Color Matrix

I am playing with am OnRollOver and OnRollOut where I am calling the  
color matrix that you listed.

How can I modify the matrix data to switch back to color?

I am doing a simple test with the color changing from grayscale to  
color with mouse over and mouse out.
